Cloudflare Workers
After an initial collaboration in 2023 to create their site, Ephemera trusted me again in 2025 to rethink and develop their digital platform. The objective: to support the growth of the group with a site that is more robust, more efficient and easier to manage, while offering an experience that matches their immersive places.
Feature
Business hours are automatically synchronized from Google My Business to the site, several times a day. No need to update information in multiple places: everything stays consistent, reliable, and up to date. As a bonus, a dynamic badge indicates in real time if a place is open and at what time it opens, which directly improves the user experience.
Feature
The entire site was designed to be easily managed by the Ephemera teams: practical information, FAQ, press, areas to be privatized, events, editorial content... everything can be modified without depending on a developer. The result: a living site, always up to date, and real autonomy on the client side.
Feature
A Cloudflare Worker serves as an “optimization layer” between the site (Webflow) and the visitors: it caches the HTML pages to speed up the display, and automatically redirects the assets (images, CSS, JS, fonts...) to Bunny CDN for much faster and more stable loads, even in high traffic. The system also manages asset versions (cache-busting) using a build identifier, and can be purged instantly via a secure route to deploy an update without the risk of obsolete content. Bonus: it integrates its own routing for multilingual (Weglot) and provides “bypass” modes for previews/admin, in order to maintain a smooth production workflow.
Feature
A photo slider inspired by Instagram “story” formats allows you to discover each place in an immersive and dynamic way. Navigation is fluid, designed for the mobile, and highlights the visual universe of establishments while reinforcing the desire to project yourself there.
Feature
The contact form is connected via API to Fullwhere, which makes it possible to centralize requests and respond to them more effectively thanks to an AI assistant. Teams save time in processing messages, while offering users a faster and more qualitative response.
Feature
The mobile version was designed as a fully-fledged experience, with smooth navigation, touch-sensitive interactions and quick access to essential information. The interface highlights locations, visuals and reservations from the first screens, to support the user effectively, wherever they are.
